If you don’t have an IT department, I can be it. I handle strategy, design, build, and launch, with one person accountable for all of it.

What I do
Building
For teams that need something real, designed well and actually shipped.
Consulting
For teams that need a clear direction and someone to keep delivery moving.
Current project
A contemporary redesign for Susan Street Fine Art, a four-decade gallery in Solana Beach. This is a working prototype, live below, built to put the art front and center and load far lighter and faster.
Susan Street Fine Art
Artist-led browsing and gallery-quality imagery, mobile-first and accessible. The prototype already loads about 1 MB of imagery instead of ~28 MB, roughly 13× lighter.
Live preview — a working prototype, embedded above. Not yet the gallery’s public site.
Shipped & live
A mobile-first, accessible website for an equine-therapy nonprofit, researched, designed, and built with the client end to end. Programs, donations, and volunteer sign-ups, all live at their own domain.
No IT team? No problem.
I also handle all the pieces of the website you don’t see. Any backend integrations such as the domain, forms, email, and the other third-party services your technology product needs to run.
Selected work
Open-source tools, AI products, and personal projects.
An open-source framework that catches when AI agents skip tool calls or fake their outputs. These are failures normal monitoring misses.

Experience delivering for
In their words
A recent client I built for, plus engineers, product leaders, and stakeholders I’ve worked with, from my LinkedIn recommendations.
Client · Website design & build
“Working with Victoria was an absolute pleasure! She’s extremely knowledgeable in all things website design. All I gave her to work with was a general idea; she executed it both beautifully & expeditiously, exceeding all of my timelines & expectations… She ensured everything on our website was functional, accurate and user friendly. We are a non-profit organization, and she kept everything budget friendly while still maintaining the quality… I highly recommend working with Victoria for all your website design needs!!”
“…strong project management skills, effectively managing a cross-functional team… Her analytical prowess was evident as she diligently analyzed data, identified bottlenecks, and uncovered opportunities for improvement… she skillfully translated complex data into actionable insights, providing invaluable reports to senior leadership.”

You build it with me. I sit with your team, and decisions are captured, played back and agreed upon prior to implementation.
A free intro call, then a focused look at your users, your goal, and the one outcome that matters most.
Short cycles and visible progress. Every check-in has notes and action items, and you steer as we go.
A clean handoff of something you own and understand, with documentation where it matters and support if you want it.
